About Our Neighborhoods
- Learn more about Picerne Military Housing's Neighborhoods -

Existing homes at Fort Sill are divided into two neighborhoods and construction is underway on a third neighborhood to bring the benefits of living on post to even more Army Families. Each neighborhood has its own dedicated neighborhood management and maintenance team. The old centralized housing office concept has given way to customer-friendly neighborhood offices serving each individual neighborhood.

Picerne Military Housing brings strong experience in the development and management of residential property. We adapt the best commercial practices; yet pay heed to military traditions. Our new development will offer homes of various sizes and configurations including modern duplexes and spacious single-family homes. Each neighborhood will contain sub-neighborhoods for each of five different pay-grade groups that include Junior NCOs (E-1 - E-5), Senior NCOs (E-6 - E-8), Sergeants Major (E9), Company-Grade (01 - 03) and Field Grade Officers (04 - 05).

As new neighborhoods are built, each will make a unique architectural statement. Exterior features of the new homes and the decor within Neighborhood Centers will define three themes. The first neighborhood, a showplace for future development, will incorporate all four themes. The other new neighborhoods will display their own theme and whether you like colonial, urban, seaside or craftsman architecture style, you will find it at Fort Sill.

Neighborhood Centers

Fort Sill's Neighborhood Offices began serving families on November 1, 2008. The Old Cavalry Post Neighborhood Office is located at 1164 Lester Road and the Southern Plains Neighborhood Office is located at 5434 Rossbach Road. For more information, you can contact old Cavalry Post Neighborhood Office at 580-581-2140 or Southern Plains Neighborhood Office at 580-581-2142.

Future Neighborhood Centers

Eventually, the Neighborhood Offices will give way to elaborate Neighborhood Centers with amenities that rival those found off post in luxurious modern developments. Current plans at Fort Sill call for three Neighborhood Centers: Old Cavalry Post, Southern Plains and Buffalo Soldier.
