In 2007, Picerne Military Housing was selected by the Army as Fort Sill's partner for the 50-year housing development project. As the Army's housing partner, Picerne will renovate, build, manage and maintain family housing on post. In designing neighborhoods, Picerne Military Housing takes into account what today's military family is looking for coupled with quality construction that lasts. With Picerne, residents will get personalized property management, maintenance and family services at each of Picerne's Neighborhood Offices.
